Real Estate inventory is going down every where primarly in King and Snohomish County. Here are May 2009 Recaps. Time to buy interest rates went down this week back to the low 5’s Edmonds median home price is $349,000. If you’ve waited for the market to hit the bottom you missed it if you didn’t purchase your Edmonds property last month. With the lowest interest I’ve seen 4.2% for a 30yr loan snooze you lose as they say, if you even thought about buying you should of at least investigated it by now. And if you need some info on Edmonds real esate Hot Buys BEAM me up!!

First of all I would like to say what I’ve been saying since last year, “THIS IS THE BEST BUYERS MARKET YET” If you have the means to purchase property you should be doing so with the idea your buying to hold, not to flip. Rentals, investment properties, forclosures, and short-sales there all out there for the taking. You just have to put a little skin in the game folks there are loans out there and great interest rates if you need some help finding them give me a call, really. We conduct distressed property tours monthly and will show you where the hot properties are located. I will feature different real estate listings weekly these are our current listings have a great week.

Fed's Cut Rates
The Federal Reserve has cut its target for a key interest rate to the lowest level on record and pledged to use “all available tools” to combat a severe financial crisis and prolonged recession. The central bank on Tuesday said it had reduced the federal funds rate, the interest that banks charge each other, to a range of zero to 0.25 percent. That is down from the 1 percent target rate in effect since the last meeting in October. Many analysts had expected the Fed to make a smaller cut to 0.5 percent.

Yesterday evening will be one of the most memorable times in our life. Regardless who you voted for history was in the making. It was exciting, emotional, and historic I observed celebrating in various areas of the city like we just won a “World Championship” Everything changes in life nothing remains the same and change it did.

Among major metropolitan areas, Seattle’s real estate is the best in the nation as a prospective investment, a national report released Tuesday says.
On an eight-point scale reflecting investment value, Seattle was ranked 6.2, according to the 30th annual study of emerging trends in real estate from PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Urban Land Institute.
That ranking reflects averaged ratings by more than 600 surveyed real estate professionals, who assigned a number of 0 to 8 to each the nation’s top 10 regions. The better the location for investment purposes, the higher the rating.
“It’s saying a dollar invested in Seattle real estate would be more likely to yield more than a dollar invested anywhere else — but it says nothing about how much the yield would be, or over what time period,” said Rick Kalvoda, a PricewaterhouseCoopers director.

How silently they tumble down
And come to rest upon the ground
To lay a carpet, rich and rare,
Beneath the trees without a care,
Content to sleep, their work well done,
Colors gleaming in the sun.
At other times, they wildly fly
Until they nearly reach the sky.
Twisting, turning through the air
Till all the trees stand stark and bare.
Exhausted, drop to earth below
To wait, like children, for the snow.
