Folks in case you didn’t know the market is picking up and if you thought about waiting for the bottom of this market to come you may have missed it. You must realize that prices have already fallen in our area to and all time low, but check this out so have interest rates!! So its time to get off the fence people if you don’t your going to miss out!! Edmonds still has great properties for sale but not for long. Most of us who live in Talbot Park of Edmonds Washington do the daily drive-by of the Perrinville Post Office. But if you were to take an extra moment and glance at the flowers planted just in front of Post Office at the corner of 76th Ave W. and Olympic View Drive, you’d notice the handiwork of students from the Lynnwood High School Horticulture class. I just wanted to give a little credit where credit is due for the Lynnwood High School students who donated their time to make the postal carrier facility in Perrinville just a little nicer. Thanks Lynnwood High School Royals, nice to see good kids working to improve the community. Great Job!
